An Improving Short Game
July 25th, 2008 | By Jay McGrathThe key to a short game’s success is not going to the range and pulling out a few wedges for a mere ten shots and then going to the putting green for fifteen minutes.
“Your JRMat has been a pleasure to use. Because of the depth of the artificial turf, I can practice on my deck without any problem or feeling of hurting my left elbow. I can hit down on the ball, thus encouraging effective ball striking.
It has been a joy to practice and get some good exercise without a trip to the driving range.
Thank you for making such a great product that makes it fun to practice.”

The best way to practice your short game is actually in your backyard with limited flight balls and a backyard golf pitching mat. By doing this your short game will certainly improve from your backyard and the addition of a putting training aid such as an outdoor putting green could greatly increase your success right out back.
